Being a prominent member of the Wilson Learning China consultant team since 2006, formerly the Sales Director covering Greater China Region and now principal of Carving Top Talent Ltd. since 2009; Tony possesses over 28 years of experience in solution selling, human performance consultancy, professional facilitation & executive coaching.  

He has held various strategic sales and leadership positions in I.T., Telecommunication, as well as business consultancy sectors serving key global players such as Ingram Micro Inc., Sprint Canada Inc., SBC DataComm in Canada; and Wilson Learning Worldwide in the Greater China Region. 

Passionate in effective communication, experiential learning, and continuous development; Tony has 
proactively taken on contributing roles of Team & Individual Executive Coach, Learning Journey 
Developer/Facilitator, and Lead Consultant in industry-leader focused talent development engagements.
