Cindy Chow graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, then further developed her career in Human Resources Management first in a finance institute.  She then undertook a master’s degree in human resources management and further her knowledge by taking up another Master degree in Strategic Human Resources Management with Hong Kong Baptist University.  She has a strong passion towards personal behaviours and continuously improving things.  She previously was working in a multinational corporation (German discounter supermarket – Sourcing Office) as Senior Manager of Human Resources, managing the full function of HR.  She is currently the Chief Executive of a local private charity, ChickenSoup Foundation, supporting the underprivileged children, youth, elders and families all over Hong Kong. She believes life is full of learnings and her passion with Human Resources brings great use in all areas that she comes across throughout her career.
