The HKBU School of Business held its 64^th Commencement sessions on 6^th June 2023, marking an important milestone of 1,275 graduates receiving their degrees upon completing the graduation requirements.

Addressing the graduates on behalf of the University, Prof. Ed Snape, Dean of the School of Business stressed on the importance of embracing technology while making good use of the critical thinking skills and the ability to empathise they have acquired from the study at HKBU. “With technology advancing at the speed of light, the knowledge you have acquired may be obsolete tomorrow. Count your blessings that you have been educated in this great institution, where understanding humanity is an eternal quest, and caring for humanity is fundamental to our educational ethos. Embrace these uniquely human traits, and together with all the lessons you have learned over the past few years, they will take you far.”

A celebratory congregation was also hosted for graduates of Master of Business Administration (MBA) classes of 2020-2022 on campus on 14 July 2023. The loyal alumni were thrilled to be back to the alma mater again after a few years of disruption by the pandemic, and enjoyed the special arrangement as a formal closure to their enriching journey at HKBU.
