Janet Man was formerly the General Manager of Talent Management at Jardine Matheson.  Her job scope covers employer branding, campus relations, management trainee programs, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and diversity & inclusion.  Having spent the last 10+ years specializing in talent management, she is an expert in identifying, assessing and developing a strong and diverse high potential talent who could succeed to top leadership positions.  Prior to joining Jardines, she had acquired years of HR experience from recognized organizations such as Schneider Electric, McDonald’s, Hewitt Associates and HK Hospital Authority.  Janet holds an MSc degree in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University, an MBA and a BBA in HR (Honors).
