With a background of well-known and respected mountaineering expert and the 1st from Hong Kong three times summited Mt. Everest, John is also an expert in experiential training. He has led various experiential training 

programmes for the Government of HKSAR, corporate, and education sectors. John is delivering training in leadership, teambuilding, personal development, communication skill, and management skill. John has trained 

over thousands people through training programmes every year.  

 

John has experience of delivering training for public and private sectors as a key facilitator and motivational speaker, such as Customs and Excise Department, Civil Service Training & Development Institute, General Grades Office, Education Bureau, Water Supplies Department, Transport Department, HSBC, and McDonald’s Restaurants (Hong Kong) Limited. He is also a Programme Director of Certificate in Adventure Education Train for Trainers programme, SCOPE, City University of HK.
